Where the plot actually is

The build yard is on Lou's Island, next to Jane's Lab, on the plot marked out by a rope fence beside Jane's Lab. GameSpew, Comfy Cozy, GameGrin and Gamer Social Club all put it there. The main quest points at it when you need a Manufacturer; people standing at the dock often walk the wrong way.

The Builder places hut pieces and utility machines. The story asks for a few machines. A large house is optional (GameSpew, TheXboxHub review, GameGrin).

Patch 1.1.0 did not ship the Lou's Island silo. The planned silo is not available as storage in version 1.1.0.
